LABUHA, Jhazirah.com – Aktivitas pengolahan emas menggunakan tromol yang sebelumnya diketahui telah dipasang garis polisi (police line) kembali menjadi sorotan. Berdasarkan hasil investigasi awak media di lokasi, ditemukan adanya aktivitas yang diduga berkaitan dengan pengoperasian tromol meski area tersebut sebelumnya telah dipasangi garis polisi oleh Polres Halmahera Selatan.
Dari pantauan di lapangan, awak media mendapati sejumlah unit tromol serta satu unit tong beroperasi di desa Kubung Kecamatan Bacan Selatan yang diduga digunakan dalam proses pengolahan material.
Temuan tersebut memunculkan pertanyaan mengenai status penanganan hukum terhadap lokasi tersebut dan efektivitas pengamanan setelah pemasangan garis polisi.
Informasi yang dihimpun dari sejumlah sumber di sekitar lokasi menyebutkan bahwa tromol tersebut diduga berkaitan dengan seorang pemilik yang dikenal berinisial IR. Namun, hingga berita ini diterbitkan, identitas dan keterlibatan yang bersangkutan masih memerlukan konfirmasi lebih lanjut.
