TERNATE, Jhazirah – Rencana pelaksanaan Musyawarah Wilayah (Muswil) Partai Persatuan Pembangunan (PPP) Maluku Utara) di Kota Ternate menuai penolakan dari sejumlah Dewan Pimpinan Cabang (DPC). Mereka menilai Muswil yang dijadwalkan berlangsung Kamis (8/1/2026) tersebut tidak sah secara hukum dan melanggar ketentuan internal partai.
Penolakan disampaikan oleh DPC PPP dari Pulau Taliabu, Kepulauan Sula, Halmahera Barat, Halmahera Timur, Pulau Morotai, dan Kota Tidore Kepulauan. Para pengurus mendesak agar Muswil ditunda hingga terdapat kepastian hukum terkait AD/ART PPP, khususnya hasil Muktamar X yang dinilai belum memiliki pengesahan resmi.
Ketua DPC PPP Pulau Taliabu, Rismanto Tari, menegaskan bahwa Muswil di Ternate tidak memiliki legitimasi AD/ART.
“Muswil ini tidak memiliki dasar hukum yang jelas. Kami menilai pelaksanaannya tidak sah dan harus ditunda sampai ada kepastian hukum,” kata Rismanto, Kamis (8/1/2026).
Ia menambahkan, penolakan tersebut bukan hanya datang dari DPC, tetapi juga didukung sejumlah unsur pimpinan DPW PPP Maluku Utara, termasuk Majelis Syariah dan Majelis Pakar.
Ketua Majelis Syariah PPP Maluku Utara, Safri Hasan, menyatakan Muswil tersebut cacat secara hukum.
“Penundaan Muswil sudah menjadi keputusan bersama sampai ketentuan hukumnya benar-benar jelas,” ujarnya.
Sementara itu, Wakil Ketua DPW PPP Maluku Utara, Rusli Abubakar, menyoroti belum jelasnya struktur kepengurusan DPP PPP, termasuk adanya dualisme kepemimpinan nasional.
“Kami meminta Muswil tidak dipaksakan sebelum persoalan AD/ART dan kepemimpinan pusat antara Pak Mardiono dan Gus Yasin diselesaikan,” tegas Rusli.
Ia mengingatkan bahwa jika Muswil tetap dilaksanakan tanpa dasar hukum yang kuat, maka hasilnya berpotensi tidak diakui secara organisasi.
“Belum ada pengesahan resmi dari DPP. AD/ART hasil Muktamar X juga masih simpang siur dan belum disahkan. Ini persoalan serius yang tidak bisa diabaikan,” tutupnya.
