Keputusan mutasi tersebut tertuang dalam dua Surat Telegram Rahasia (STR) Kapolda Malut Nomor: ST/120/III/KEP/2025 dan ST/121/III/KEP/2025 tertanggal 27 Maret 2025, yang ditandatangani oleh Karo SDM Polda Malut.
Kabid Humas Polda Maluku Utara, Kombes Pol Bambang Suharyono, S.I.K., M.H., membenarkan adanya mutasi ini. “Total ada 12 perwira pertama dan 8 bintara yang dipindahkan ke satuan kerja (satker) baru sesuai kebutuhan organisasi,” ujarnya.

- Kapolsek Pelabuhan Ahmad Yani: IPTU Mirna Oramali
- Kasat Resnarkoba Polres Halbar: IPDA Taufik Duwila
Selain itu, terdapat beberapa rotasi di Biro SDM, Dit Lantas, dan Spripim Polda Malut.
