HALSEL, Jhazirah.com – Kapolsek Gane Timur, IPDA Wery Roy Djela, S.H., memberikan tanggapan atas pemberitaan sebelumnya terkait keluhan warga Desa Luim, Kecamatan Gane Timur Tengah, Kabupaten Halmahera Selatan, Felix Mauraji, yang mengaku kecewa terhadap penanganan laporan dugaan penganiayaan di Polsek Gane Timur.
Menurut IPDA Wery Roy Djela, pihak kepolisian menegaskan bahwa laporan tersebut telah ditindaklanjuti sesuai prosedur yang berlaku. Sejumlah langkah penyelidikan telah dilakukan, mulai dari permintaan visum terhadap korban hingga pemeriksaan saksi-saksi dan korban.
“Terkait permasalahan ini kami sudah menindaklanjuti dengan melakukan permintaan visum serta melakukan pemeriksaan saksi-saksi dan korban,” ujar IPDA Wery Roy Djela kepada Jhazirah.com, Jumat (7/8/2026).
Ia menjelaskan, dalam proses penanganan perkara tersebut, pihak terlapor sempat menyampaikan keinginan agar persoalan diselesaikan secara kekeluargaan. Karena itu, penyidik masih memberikan ruang apabila kedua belah pihak sepakat menempuh penyelesaian tersebut.
“Namun dari pihak terlapor menginformasikan bahwa permasalahan ini ingin diselesaikan secara kekeluargaan, sehingga penyidik Polsek masih menunggu perkembangan itu,” katanya.
Meski demikian, Kapolsek memastikan bahwa apabila upaya penyelesaian secara kekeluargaan tidak tercapai atau pihak korban menolak jalur tersebut, maka kepolisian akan melanjutkan proses hukum sesuai ketentuan yang berlaku.
“Jika pihak korban tidak mau diselesaikan secara kekeluargaan, maka dalam waktu dekat kasus ini akan kami naikkan statusnya ke tahap penyidikan,” tegasnya.
Sebelumnya diberitakan, Felix Mauraji mengaku menjadi korban dugaan penganiayaan yang diduga dilakukan oleh oknum berinisial HK, yang disebut menjabat sebagai Kepala Urusan (Kaur) Desa. Peristiwa itu terjadi pada Sabtu malam, 25 Juli 2026, sekitar pukul 20.00 WIT, dan mengakibatkan korban mengalami luka robek pada pelipis kiri hingga mengeluarkan darah.
Felix mengaku kecewa karena menurutnya hingga dua pekan setelah laporan dibuat belum ada kepastian mengenai perkembangan penanganan perkara tersebut. Dengan adanya penjelasan dari Kapolsek Gane Timur, publik kini menunggu realisasi komitmen kepolisian untuk melanjutkan perkara ke tahap penyidikan apabila penyelesaian secara kekeluargaan tidak tercapai.
